• Chromebook Tech Support available to students & families by calling the Tech Support hotline at (510) 243-3901 or sending an email to parent@wccusd.net.  We will swap out broken Chromebooks every Tuesday/Thursday at the meal distribution sites on an appointment basis (17 locations:  The District has 17 meal pick-up locations for students 18 years or younger from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., unless noted, Monday through Friday at the following 17 locations: De Anza High School, DeJean Middle School, Ephesians Cogic, GRIP Family Housing, Helms Middle School, Independent Holiness Church, Kennedy High School, McGlothen Temple Cogic, Montalvin K-8, Nystrom Elementary School, Pilgrim Rest MBC, Pinole Valley High School, Richmond High School, Richmond Roadrunners, Riverside, Sion Miracle Temple Cogic and Zion Hill MBC).

     

    What happens if Tablet is lost or stolen?

    Student must report their tablet stolen within 1 week of the incident. Students will fill out a  and then file an  with Richmond Police Department. Once completed, they will be issued a new tablet.
